CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
KRAV MAGA SELF-DEFENSE
Our self-defense classes are based on Israeli-style krav maga techniques and principles. These classes are one hour long, and train you for threats you may face in everyday life. We focus first on situational awareness, de-escalation, avoiding a threat, and neutralizing a threat when appropriate. Classes cover combatives (different strikes, elbows, kicks, etc.), techniques for scenarios, working through problems, and putting you under stress to test your perseverance, endurance, and working under pressure to learn how to adapt to changing and complicated situations.

COMBAT FITNESS BAG CLASS
Our combat fitness classes are typically 30 to 45 minutes of striking, punching combinations, kicking, core and cardio exercises, building endurance, and testing your drive to continue when you are tired. This is unlike any type of exercise class you’ve done before! It is like kickboxing on steroids.
MITTS CLASS
This class helps improve many skills. Some of what we cover is punching – working technique, speed, endurance, accuracy, and timing; offensive – moving offline, setting up strikes, working angles; defensive – covering, slipping, bobbing, weaving; and working with a moving target – improving footwork, countering, seeing how an opponent moves, staying in relation to them while being able to have an offensive advantage.
